Brief Role Description:

Provide excellent customer service with varying essential tasks on a daily basis. Engaged in selling groceries.

Essential Functions:

Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Assist Customers in store and on phone.
Work together with co-workers daily.
Operate cash registers & POS system.
Downpack food product and stock inventory daily.
Conduct inventory cycle counts on a quarterly basis.
Assist in the training of store personnel.
Work with management to resolve obstacles associated with products, services, etc.
Give and provide assistance for customers on computer and throughout store.
General Housekeeping.
Adhere to all safety standards/procedures.
Assist with other duties as assigned.

Education: High school degree or equivalent.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 1 year of high-volume cash handling and processing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Detail oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
